Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 24 September 2026
BavaGames wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use bavagames.com and enjoy our games. This statement explains what we have done, what is not accessible yet, and how to reach us.
The standard we work to
We work to the Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.0 level AA) and to WCAG 2.1 level AA, as required by the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013. The site has not yet been certified by an external accessibility audit; the limitations we know about are listed below.
What we have done
- The site works with a keyboard: every link, button and game control can be reached with Tab and activated with Enter or Space, with a visible focus outline.
- Pages use real headings, lists and labelled buttons, so screen readers can navigate them. Game names and important information are real text, not only pictures.
- Motion: the site respects your device's "reduce motion" setting, videos can be paused, and the Sunken Crown demo has a Motion switch that removes shaking and long animations.
- Sound is never required: every game shows its results as text on screen, and each demo has a sound on/off switch.
- Text can be enlarged with the browser's zoom up to 200% without losing content.
- An accessibility menu (the round button at the bottom left of the homepage) can enlarge the text, raise the contrast, stop animations, underline links and switch to a plain, readable font. Your choices are remembered on your device.
- The site offers nine interface languages, and the page language is declared for assistive technology.
- Pop-up windows can be closed with the Esc key or a labelled close button.
What is not fully accessible yet
- Slot game demos. The demos are visual games. In Sunken Crown the controls, the balance, the bet, the win and each result are announced as text, but the moving reels and animations themselves are not described to screen readers. Other demos on the site may offer less support.
- Pictures of text. Some game artwork contains words drawn into the picture (for example bonus titles). The same information is available as text in the game rules.
- Videos on the site are short visual clips without speech, so they have no captions.
We are working on these points. If something stops you from using the site, please tell us and we will help and fix it.
Physical accessibility
BavaGames provides its services online only. We have no office or service point that is open to the public.
