Where purchases happen

BavaQuest is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases (gems, scrolls, packs, skins and similar virtual items) are sold through Google Play. Google is the merchant of record: it processes the payment, issues the receipt and holds your payment details. BavaGames never sees your card or bank information.

Prices are shown in your local currency inside Google Play before you confirm. Applicable taxes are included where required by law.

Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled under Google Play's refund policy. For a purchase made in the last 48 hours you can request a refund directly from Google Play; after that, contact us and we will review it.
Virtual items are consumed on use. Once gems, scrolls or other virtual currency have been spent inside the game, that part of the purchase cannot be refunded.
If a purchase was made without your authorisation (for example by a child), contact Google Play first and then us, as soon as possible. We will help wherever we can.
If an item you paid for was not delivered because of a technical problem, write to us with the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) and we will restore it or refund it.
