This Privacy Policy explains how BavaGames ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the BavaQuest mobile game and the website at bavagames.com (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Game progress & settings. Your save data (level, champions, currency, preferences) is stored on your device. You may choose to back it up or sync it for online features.
- Online-feature data. If you use features like PvP, guilds, leaderboards or events, a player name and related game stats are stored on our cloud backend (Google Firebase) so other players can be matched and ranked.
- Device & usage data. Standard technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and crash/diagnostic and analytics data, used to keep the game stable and improve it.
- Advertising identifiers. If ads are shown, our ad partner may use an advertising ID to deliver and measure ads.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded but never see your card or full payment details.
We do not ask for your real name, address, or phone number, and the game does not require an account to start playing.
2. How we use information
- To run, save, and improve the game and website.
- To provide online features (matchmaking, leaderboards, guilds, events).
- To process and restore in-app purchases.
- To show and measure advertising.
- To diagnose crashes, prevent cheating/abuse, and provide support.
3. Third-party services
The Services use trusted third-party providers that may process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services & Google Play Billing (app distribution and purchases)
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Google Firebase (cloud save / online features / analytics / crash reporting)

4. Children
BavaQuest is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Your choices & data deletion
- You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
- You can delete your online game data from within the game (Settings → account / delete data), or by emailing us at the address below and we will remove your associated online data.
- Uninstalling the app removes locally stored save data from your device.
6. Data retention & security
We keep online data only as long as needed for the features above, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
